This messaging program sends both transactional and promotional (marketing) SMS messages to users who have provided their mobile number and explicitly opted in to receive communications from Denny's Electric LLC dba Denny’s Electric through our website chat widget.

Opt-in is collected through the website chat widget when users provide their contact information and affirmatively check one or more consent checkbox(es) indicating their preference to receive SMS communications. Separate and specific consent is obtained for transactional and marketing messages.

Transactional messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, order confirmations, account notifications, and service updates. Marketing messages may include promotions, special offers, discounts, event notifications, and service announcements.

Marketing messages are only sent to users who have provided express written consent specifically for marketing communications and are not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive transactional messages does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages.
